RESTORING HEALTH & WELLNESS
Patients may come to see me for a variety of reasons: low back pain, knee pain, and overuse injuries are among the most common ones.
Following a thorough assessment, I will prescribe a customized treatment plan, which can include passive modalities (ice, heat, ultrasound, electrical stimulation), manual therapy (the hands on restoring of joint and tissue function like massage, joint mobilization and neuromuscular facilitation), and exercises appropriate to your needs. My goal is to get you back to your prior level of functioning as soon as possible.
I not only help you recover from your injury, but can also design an exercise program that will improve your performance and allow you to remain injury-free. I specialize in manual orthopedic physical therapy. This approach helps to identify the anatomical dysfunction and also looks at a broader view for biomechanical problems which may have led to the injury in the first place.
